Nicolle grew up in Billings and started Ballet classes at 4 years old. Her love of dance grew and she never missed a class! Later diving into the world of Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Modern she really found her world to be all about dance. Nicolle attended University of Montana in Missoula earning her BFA in Dance, choreography/performance and teaching. After college she moved to Colorado where she taught at a wonderful dance school, Parker Dance. Learning through her years there that she really wanted to teach and have her own school one day. She moved back to Billings in 2004 and created Billings Dance Academy. Nicolle is forever grateful for her time as a studio owner but is now happy to be a “Dance Instructor Nomad” sharing her knowledge and love of dance with area dancers and schools. She has also taken on choreography projects with Rimrock Opera, a BST musical and teaching at Summer Theater School and the 2017 Broadway Bound Musical at Skyview High. This is her first season dancing with Terpsichore but has choreographed throughout their years. She is honored to be dancing with these amazing women and so very thrilled to be dancing with two if her former students. Nicolle loves Yoga, dogs, coffee, and laughing.

Hannah began dancing because of a coupon for “one month free dance classes.” Although her parents saved a bit of money in the beginning, little did they know it would cost them the big bucks, because their little girl fell in love with dancing! Hannah grew up dancing at School of Classical Ballet, as well as Diversity Dance Studio and participated in every workshop, scholarship opportunity, audition, and competition she could get to! She went on to study dance at University of Montana for one year, before zooming to the Land Down Unda! In Australia, she danced for The Outback Spectacular on the Gold Coast, as well as attending Griffith University for an Education Degree. With expired visas and reality knocking at her door, Hannah dragged herself away from the beaches of Australia and now teaches dance classes in Billings, loves pizza, and long walks on the beach.

Three years ago she landed back in Montana for law school and was luckily able to perform two seasons with the BareBait dancers before her studies took her abroad. Now, she is excited to join the ranks as a Montana lawyer and even more excited to have discovered Terpsichore.

Christina lives to perform- whether it be in music or dance, she loves the performing arts. She grew up studying Ballet and quickly added Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap to her dance pallet. As a dance major at Weber State University in Utah, she added modern dance to the mix (and YES, she did learn to “be a tree!”) Before graduating from High School, she performed as a flute soloist with the Utah Symphony; it remains one the culminating, “cherry-on-top”, experiences of her performing career. Christina taught as a guest instructor and choreographer at the Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts and performed as a member of Movement Coalition and Junction Dance, two local, non-profit, dance companies in Utah. She comes to Billings by way of Las Vegas and Phoenix and looks forward to becoming a part of the dance scene in Montana. She loves traveling with her husband, Rocky and having dance parties in the kitchen with her three kids!
Kate, a Billings native, is an alumnus of School of Classical Ballet, Tracy’s School of Dance, Summer Dance Lab in Walla Walla, WA, and Dance
Ensemble at Pacific Lutheran University. Throughout and following graduate school she struggled in a dance depression, dabbling in ballet classes and shaking it in her backyard. Kate became a Terpsichore fan in the fall of 2010 when, in her creaky chair in the back row, she was wooed back towards her love for dance. Each opportunity to watch Terpsichore thereafter left her with an increasing stirring within her chest and a deep longing to jump into what they were creating. And jump she did. After little debate, Kate auditioned for the company in January 2012 and has loved every freeing, soulful, challenging moment since. Following a brief sabbatical to welcome her son, this is her third performance with Terpsichore. She feels honored to share the stage with such beautiful and talented ladies this season and anticipates more to come. When she is not dancing, Kate loves her job as a Physician Assistant, her hunky husband Matt, their wildly wonderful son Anders, traveling the globe, gallivanting outdoors, and laughing with friends.
